Cancelled Classes & Make-Up Classes

Cancelled Classes

During winter months classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather. We will place the cancellation on social media, and may also attempt to email everyone, as well as place the cancellation with Channel 9. As a general rule we do not have classes when the Jamesville - Dewitt School District is closed or if they dismiss early due to the weather. In addition there are Monday holidays that the studio will be closed during the year.

Make-Up Classes

Cancelled classes can be made up at any time during the entire school year. Please check with your teacher for the appropriate make up class.

Withdrawal From Studio

The studio must be notified immediately if a student withdrawals from classes. The student is enrolling for the entire dance year (September - June). Tuition will be refunded ONLY for a medical problem. A doctors note, stating the students inability to physically attend class, must be presented to the Artistic Director, and becomes effective on the date presented to her. All Signed registrants are responsible & liable for the equivalent of 2 monthly installments of dance tuition, following a qualifying withdrawal from dance classes. This will allow the studio ample time to refill that spot in class.

NOTE: The Director reserves the right to cancel, combine or change times of classes if enrollment is 5 or less.
